We will start each month with a Women's Yoga Circle introducing the monthly theme. We will discuss the theme together and include some yoga practices such as mantra, pranayama or meditation which reflects the theme. This session is suitable for all. It will be a lovely introduction to yoga philosophy if this is new to you, or a great recap for those who have.

Each week we meet together in a supportive and friendly group class. We begin each session with a one to one check in, tuning in with how our bodies are feeling and have an opening for any requests.
We will work to release tight, tired and achy parts of the body that hold tension from too much sitting at desks or feeling stressed. We work to strengthen areas such as core muscles and pelvic floor. We will breathe, realign and reset for the week ahead.

We often get pulled along in life and neglect to reflect on how we really are. Sure, we have hopes and dreams for our loved ones, our work, our community, but what are our hopes and dreams for ourselves? Are we living in aligment with what feels good to us?
Each month we will look at a healing and transformative concept from Yoga philosphy. We will look at our own mindset towards this and reflect on how we can use this in our daily lives to create more of what makes us happy.

Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep! This is a perfect practice for you if you feeling tired and drained but still want to practice yoga. Each month I will share an easy to follow Sanskrit chant, suitable for complete beginners. Please note, you do not need to be a good singer to chant!

Hi, I’m Hana, I’m a Mum, yoga teacher and teacher trainer, lover of cosy jumpers, floaty dresses and tea!
I love my job. But to be completely honest I have experienced times of exhaustion, burnout and getting trapped in the daily juggle. Through my years as a Yoga teacher, it was clear I wasn’t alone with this, especially as a woman, mother and main income earner.
The solution for me was changing my yoga practice to one that supported and nourished me from the inside out. I integrated positive mindset tools. I realised that when I love and care for myself first, this magically reflects in my relationships, life choices and goals.
I now use my experience to help women through yoga and positive mindset to live a life they love with more ease and flow.
I have 17 years plus experience as a full time Yoga teacher and teacher trainer. I am a Diploma Course tutor for the British Wheel of Yoga and Senior Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. I offer teaching qualifications with the highest standard available in the UK validated by Ofqual, the UK education board .
I believe that Yoga is for everyone, no matter what. I will give modifications for postures throughout my class if you are injured or have any conditions that effect your practice. Yoga is a practice that meets you exactly where you are. I strive to uphold this in my classes.
Community plays a big role in Yoga is for me. In fact one of translations for the word Yoga is union! I create a friendly, supportive, non-competitive environment in my classes. We always say hello and begin with a friendly check in at the beginning of the class.
Yes! The classes and membership recordings are suitable for beginners and experienced Yogi's alike. In the live classes I offer modifications and variations. The recorded practices are easy to anyone to follow.
Frequently Asked Questions
The focus of this membership is to integrate the magic of yoga into our daily lives, ease aches and pains and reconnect to our truest sense of ourselves. It will not include advanced asana and the philosophy included may not be new to you, but it will be a wonderful way to really connect with your existing knowledge and to care for yourself in a nurturing way. As a teacher trainer myself, members are also Yoga teachers too.
Membership fees are non refundable. Please read through the terms and conditions below.
I am a qualified pregnancy and postnatal teacher and I am able to offer modifications throughout. However especially in the later stages of pregnancy you might prefer a specialised pregnancy class in the case of the physical practice.
The monthly Women's Yoga Circle is available as a drop in and is free of charge but the weekly live zoom classes are for members only. If you are unable to make it to the weekly zoom class recordings will be available for members.
The pre recorded material and zoom classes will all be available for you on an online platform. After you sign up you will be asked to create a login and password, then you will have access to this whenever you need.
You can cancel your membership via the online platform at any time and it will take in to effect as of the next month.
You will of course need access to a computer with a camera and sound for the zoom sessions. In terms of the yoga practice you will need a Yoga mat, yoga bricks and yoga belt. Cushions and blankets are handy to have too. There is a guide to props and equipment at the start of your membership.
I will offer modifications or alternatives for you. Just let me know via email before the live class or on the live chat on zoom.
