Join us for an intimate Spring Equinox Women's Retreat where we'll honour nature's perfect moment of balance and embrace the season's fresh energy. Through revitalising Yoga, powerful voice work, and healing sound, we'll shake off winter and open ourselves to new possibilities.
Our day flows like the spring itself – beginning with an invigorating morning yoga practice. This will energise and warm your body to lifting us out of the winter season. This session is suitable all and modifications are always provided when needed.
What's Included.....
Yoga teacher, professional opera singer and voice coach, Kim Sheehan will guide you through her award-winning Good Vibrations session. This fun and energising session includes vocal and breath work exercises and bespoke mantra/chant curated to deeply connect you to your authentic voice. No previous experience is necessary (you do not need to be a good singer!)
A flowing journey through movement and sound. Embrace the dance of breath and voice, weaving gentle and accessible yoga postures and movements together. Re-awaken, reconnect and release - no experience necessary, just an open heart.
As the afternoon unfolds, ease into nurturing yoga poses that melt away tension. Gradually drift into the profound healing space of yoga Nidra—a practice of conscious relaxation that renews body, mind, and spirit. Let go, surrender, and experience total tranquility.
The day will end with an immersive and deeply restorative sound experience crafted uniquely for this moment. Kim weaves her enchanting voice, resonant crystal singing bowls, and carefully chosen instruments into a sonic landscape that invites profound relaxation and inner peace.

I regularly attend Hana's classes in London and this is the third of her retreats that I've been on. I really, recommend her. She's really gentle, really kind and very graceful as a teacher. But she's also really good at encouraging you to do slightly different things than you think you can do, which is a really nice combination. I highly recommend her retreats.

About Us...
Hana has been teaching Yoga for over 17 years as her full time occupation. She originally trained and danced professionally before coming to Yoga teaching which influences some of her approach in terms of somatic movement and flow. Hana merges her knowledge of classical Yoga with the contemporary understanding of the anatomical body. She is passionate about making Yoga accessible to all people including and that yoga can be a powerful tool for in supporting women's health. Hana is a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher Trainer and a senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.
Kim is a BWY Yoga teacher, professional opera singer, recording artist, Kirtan leader and voice coach with over 23 years experience. Kim has created an award winning programme known as Good Vibrations, which merges voice, movement and mantra to allow for women to reconnect and feel empowered through their voices. Kim will be offering this session on the retreat as well as her beautiful and transcendent sound healing.
What is involved in the sound and voice sessions? I have no previous experience in this.
You do not need any previous experience and you don't need to a 'good singer' It is perfectly fine for complete beginners. Kim will guide you step by step through each sound and mantra. She will use her own voice together with harmonium, drums and singing bowls to create a beautiful immersion of sound.
Frequently Asked Questions
What level are the Yoga classes? I am a beginner is this suitable?
The Yoga and movement sessions are suitable for all. Whether you are new to Yoga or complete beginner, Hana will guide you step by step through each posture, offering modification where needed.
What should I wear? What do I need to bring with me?
Please wear comfortable clothes that you are able to move freely in. layers are very good as we can adjust if we get warmer or cooler. Warm socks and jumpers are perfect for relaxation element.
Mats and props provided, but feel free to bring your own. It would also be useful to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.
I have an injury or a condition that effects my Yoga practice is this retreat still suitable?
Yes, we will do our upmost to accommodate and modify the postures and practices where needed. There will no be any advanced postures such as inversions and the focus of the Yoga is about moving in a way that suits and benefits your unique body.
I am pregnant/postnatal, is this still suitable?
Yes, Hana is a qualified pregnancy and postnatal Yoga teacher, so will be happy to help you modify if needed?
I have food allergies/ special dietary requirements, what would we do about lunch?
All fees are non refundable.
What is your cancelation policy?
No problem at all. Just let us know in advance and we will pass on the info to the caterers to ensure that your lunch will meet your requirements.
