A Women's Day Retreat
Join us for an intimate Autumn Equinox Women's Retreat where we'll honour this sacred season of transformation and embrace autumn's rich transitional energy. Through grounding Yoga, powerful voice work, and healing sound, we women will celebrate nature's magnificent release and step gracefully into our own deepest wisdom.
Our day begins with Autumnal Yoga class that channels this seasons theme of grounding and release. We will work through the feet, legs and hips, celebrating our earth connection and the wisdom of letting go. We will end with the practice of pranyama and relaxation.
Suitable for all with gentle modifications offered throughout.
*If there is bad weather this session will be indoors at St Augustines
What's Included.....
As the afternoon unfolds, settle into yin yoga—long, quiet holds that work into the body's deeper layers, calming the nervous system and easing you into stillness. From there, ease into restorative yoga poses that gently release any remaining tension, supported by props and stillness that invite the body to soften and rest deeply. Let go, surrender, and experience total tranquility.
The day will end with an immersive and deeply restorative experience crafted uniquely for this moment. Voices join together in chanting, opening the heart and settling the mind, before easing into candle gazing meditation—a still, focused practice that quiets inner noise and draws attention inward. The evening closes with yoga nidra, a profound practice of conscious relaxation that renews body, mind, and spirit.

Testimonials
"Daily life just slipped away and I felt completely, utterly relaxed."
-Clare Edmondson
I think the great thing about Hana's teaching is that she doesn't really you don't really have to have an established practice. You could have practiced yoga for years, you could be totally new to it, and she'll bring you into the practice and make you feel completely safe and completely happy in that space.
"I cannot express enough my gratitude to you for helping me find my way back to Yoga."
- Tanya Grieg
Everything you suggested, encouraged or led seemed to be the perfect 'next thing to do' Exceptionally grateful and definitely motivated'
"I had some of the best sleep in my life, testament to how relaxed I was during the retreat"
- Sarah Savritt
I regularly attend Hana's classes in London and this is the third of her retreats that I've been on. I really, recommend her. She's really gentle, really kind and very graceful as a teacher. But she's also really good at encouraging you to do slightly different things than you think you can do, which is a really nice combination. I highly recommend her retreats.
