I believe that every woman deserves a space where she can prioritize her wellbeing, and these workshops are crafted with exactly that in mind. Whether you're seeking to build strength, find calm, explore breathwork, or simply carve out some precious time for yourself, there's a place for you here.
you're in the right place.
Whether you've practised with me before or you're completely new to my teaching, I'm so excited to welcome you into this special space.
These workshops are designed for you to practice in the comfort of your own home, creating a sanctuary where you can truly connect with yourself without any distractions.
Each workshop is an opportunity to dive deeper than our regular classes allow – exploring specific themes, techniques, and wisdom that will not only enrich your yoga practice but also support you through daily life. Think of them as nourishing deep-dives where we can slow down, explore mindfully, and give you practical tools that extend far beyond your mat.
Come as you are – all you need is an open heart and a willingness to explore. I can't wait to practice with you.
In person!
The Koshas invite us to consider every layer of who we are — our physical body, our nervous system, our mind, our inner knowing, our soul.
They ask us a simple but powerful question: what is really going on with me right now, and how can I care for myself, on every level?
Join us for a full day of inquiry through asana, anatomy, breathwork, sensory meditation, and reflection — moving through each layer of self to notice where we are, and what we truly need.
This day also mirrors the depth of exploration we go into during our Teacher Training, offering a taste of the asana, anatomy, breathing, and philosophy that forms the heart of the course - whether you're considering training yourself, already taken teacher training or simply want a day to reconnect, it is a real treat.
This is a day just for you - to pause, to listen inward, and to remember how to care for the whole of you - body, breath, mind, and soul.
